Twiny lets creators and businesses build an AI digital twin trained on their own content — FAQs, guides, videos, and more. The twin then answers fans and customers automatically on WhatsApp, 24/7.
How does the AI learn my content?
You feed it your knowledge base: paste text, upload PDFs, add YouTube video links, or provide website URLs. Twiny processes and indexes everything so your twin can answer questions accurately.
What platforms are supported?
Currently WhatsApp via the Meta Cloud API. More channels are on our roadmap.
Can my twin reply with audio?
Yes. On Creator Pro and above plans you can upload a voice sample and your twin will reply with audio messages that sound like you.
Can fans pay to talk to my twin?
Yes. You can set a per-message or subscription paywall so only paying fans can chat with your twin.
Can I cancel my plan anytime?
Yes — cancel from your billing dashboard at any time with no penalty. Your twin stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is my data secure?
Your knowledge base and conversations are stored securely and never shared with other users or used to train external AI models.
How do I get started?
Sign up, choose a plan, create your twin, upload your content, and connect your WhatsApp number. The whole setup takes under 30 minutes.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Creating your twin is completely free — no credit card required. You only need to upgrade when you want to activate a paid channel like WhatsApp or Instagram.
What is a "custom AI voice"?
Upload a 1–3 minute audio sample and Twiny clones your voice so your AI twin sounds exactly like you.
What percentage does Twiny take on fan subscriptions?
Twiny retains a 10% platform fee per fan subscription transaction. The remaining 90% goes directly to your Stripe account, minus standard Stripe processing fees (typically ~1.5% + €0.25 in Europe).
Which messaging channels are supported?
Twiny currently supports WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and Telegram. Each channel is activated independently — you can enable only the ones relevant to your audience.
Can I set my own price for fan subscriptions?
Yes. You set the monthly price for your fan paywall — there is no minimum or maximum imposed by Twiny. You can change it at any time from your dashboard.
